The iCareTools™ application comes with a management interface that allows you to manage the following:

• Content Filtering:
  • Enable or disable content filtering. If content filtering is enabled then content that does not pass the filter will not appear until approved by a moderator. If content filtering is disabled, all posted comments will immediately appear.
  • Modify or add to the words or phrases that will be used by the content filter engine to identify comments that need to be approved.
• Enable/Disable comments: Comments may be set to be invisible and removed from public viewing based on moderator discretion.
• Comments for multiple sites: The iCareTools™ application can easily manage comments for multiple sites, with the possibility of a different look-and-feel based on CSS.
• Layout and functionality of the iCareTools™ applications for the following:
• Pagination Location (above or below comments)
• Number of Comments per Page
• Maximum Number of Pages of Comments (pagination)
• Comment Rating Style, Visible or Invisible pop-up when a comment is identified by the content filter for moderator approval and has the option of choosing from three types of comment rating styles:
• Stars (user assigns a star from 1-5)
• Thumbs (thumbs up or thumbs down)
• Arrows (arrows up or arrows down)
• None (Rating is disabled for comments)
• Activate/Deactivate Facebook Connect
• Activate/Deactivate Captcha
• Easy CMS Integration: Generate customized code for the iCareTools™ applications directly from the Management Interface.
• Latest activity: View the most recent activity via the easy to use dashboard.
• Search interface that provides the capability to search for activity based on the following criteria:
• Keywords
• Date range
• Page Title
• URL
• Comments identified by content filter as requiring moderator approval
• Visibility Status
• Flag content for future review and remove flag from content Coming Soon
• Implement content filter engine to optionally remove hyperlinks from comments.
• Customers ability to signup for this service online.
• Edit content filter engine's dictionary for a specific site.
• Provide the following analytics on comments:
• Comments per page
• Activity by time period (hrs, days, months)
• Most Commented on Pages
• Most active users
• Most highly rated comments
• User with highest comment ratings

As part of the implementation, iCareTools™ can be monitored by somebody within your organization in a Management Interface or E115 can provide content monitoring and management services.
